OUR HISTORY
Blue Max's origins in 2008 were aimed at providing environmental engineering companies expertise in the mysterious world of soil vapour. From this beginning, Blue Max Drilling has grown into a large environmental and geotechnical drilling company with operations across BC, able to offer a full spectrum of drilling methods.
LOCAL PRESENCE
Having our headquarters in Surrey, BC, and full operations in Prince George, BC, Terrace, BC and Courtenay, BC, we contribute to the local economies through our gainful employment to staff members and the broad network of suppliers we utilize. We are part of the Surrey Board of Trade, an organization that commits to helping local small businesses grow and integrate into our diverse economy. We are proud members of the local community. OUR EQUIPMENT
With what is likely the largest range in test drilling equipment available in BC, Blue Max Drilling carries full size sonic rigs capable of drilling depths to 600 feet, to limited access track rigs that can fit through office doors and down staircases. OUR DRILLERS
Blue Max drillers are certified with Industry Training Authority (ITA) of BC. As certified Environmental/Geotechnical Drillers, we can ensure our Clients receive the highest service standard, meeting all applicable BC Ministry of Environment groundwater protection regulations in the environmental drilling and geotechnical drilling sector.

Management
Registered Geoscience Professional with Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (EGBC) (Formerly APEGBC), practicing in the field of environmental geosciences and hydrogeology
Over seven (7) years of hydrogeology and contaminated sites experience at environmental and engineering consulting firms in BC and the USA
Registered professional overseeing drilling operations as per BC Groundwater Protection Regulation requirements (B.C. Reg. 299/2004)
Considerable experience in soil vapour assessment, soil vapour sampling and monitoring, including technical seminar presentations and field training sessions
Drill Crew
Our drilling professionals are experienced and qualified drillers trained internally and/or from abroad, specializing in rock coring, mud, sonic, ODEX and auger drilling.
Our lead drillers are certified with ITA BC and BC Ministry of Environment as Certified Well Drillers, complying with BC MOE Groundwater Protection Regulations.
Over 50 years of industrial millwright and mechanic experience full time in house; specializing in hydraulics, robotics and heavy equipment repair and fabrication.
